Site Preparations and Potential Expansion


In addition to the extension, we are working with tree surgeons to clear the site’s rear area, preparing it for further development. Our team is exploring the possibility of adding one or two flats at the back, pending planning approval. The planning application is currently being prepared, and we are optimistic that this addition will further enhance the project’s value.

We expect the build phase to be completed within approximately four months, with the planning decision for the potential flats expected within the same timeframe.
