Terminus Road Update: Progressing Steadily Towards Completion

As part of our 40-4-40 mission, our first property flip of 2025 at Terminus Road, Brighton, is making commendable progress. Following our initial announcement, the project has moved into its next phase, with significant developments on-site.



Current Progress


Our trusted builder, Tom, reports that with the damp proofing completed, the team is advancing efficiently through the refurbishment stages. The absence of unforeseen issues has allowed for a smooth progression, keeping us aligned with our projected timeline.


A recent site visit provided an opportunity to capture the transformation underway. The property's character is being preserved while integrating modern enhancements to meet contemporary living standards.




Looking Ahead


With an estimated six weeks remaining from April 24th, the focus will shift to interior finishes, including:


  • Finalising kitchen and bathroom installations

  • Applying fresh paint and flooring

  • Enhancing energy efficiency measures

  • Landscaping the west-facing rear patio garden


These steps are crucial in delivering a home that appeals to both first-time buyers and investors seeking quality properties in prime locations.
